When did you start working out at the Bodysmith & why? I started working out as a trial member in November 2018 because I was so out of shape & overweight. My husband had just completed chemo and we wanted a coach that could help him build back the muscle lost during his treatments. During our initial consultation, I realized that I needed help as well! The rest is history!
What benefits have you noticed since joining? I dropped 35 pounds. Energy came back, and I’m sleeping well, I’m eating well. It’s really opened my world to all kinds of new things. Physical strength, flexibility, increased stamina, emotional well being and better nutrition.
How many days per week do you exercise? Most weeks I work out 4 days a week but this summer it has been 3 days a week. I download the monthly workouts off the member site and follow those routines.
What is your current fitness goal & what keeps you on track? I want to continue building up my strength and flexibility. Motivation…Working out makes me feel so good and l like that feeling! 🙂
What do you do when you aren’t at the gym? I love gardening, traveling with my husband and making healthy meals.
What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? It is never too late to invest in yourself! You are worth it and deserve to be the best version of you!
I have tried to so many gyms around town but the Bodysmith takes care of you. Your not just someone who comes and goes there but they get to know you and help you achieve your goals!
