1. HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Getting started is easy. Just contact the Bodysmith by phone (402-715-5700) or email us at info@theBodysmith.com to set up a free Strategy Session. No pressure. No hassle.

 

2. DO YOU OFFER ONLINE SERVICES?

Yes. We have a full suite of apps and online coaching services.

 

3. HOW’S THE PARKING?

Excellent. There is ample parking for our members and handicapped spots for those with special needs.

 

4. WHAT IF I’M NEW TO THE GYM? WILL I FEEL OUT OF PLACE?

Not at all! We are the most welcoming and comfortable gym in the area. Come give us a try!

 

5. DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS AND TOWEL SERVICE?

Yes. We have lockers available to store your belongings. We also offer full towel service.

 

6. DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

Yes. We have private shower facilities for men and women.

 

7. DO YOU SERVE RECOVERY SHAKES?

Yes. Our Recovery Café serves all-natural, whole food shakes packed with protein and essential nutrients without added sugar.

 

8. HOW CLEAN IS THE BODYSMITH’S GYM?

Very. We follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols. We pride ourselves on maintaining Omaha’s cleanest gym.

 

9. I NOTICED YOU ARE LOCATED NEXT TO A PIZZA PLACE. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THAT?

Brad, our owner, LOVES pizza and can be found there enjoying a slice from time to time.
