1. HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Getting started is easy. Just contact the Bodysmith by phone (402-715-5700) or email us at info@theBodysmith.com to set up a free Strategy Session. No pressure. No hassle.

 

2. DO YOU OFFER ONLINE SERVICES?

Yes. I offer online training for clients who prefer to work out from home or who don’t live nearby.

Online coaching includes a customized workout program delivered through a training app, complete with detailed instructions and exercise demonstration videos so you always know exactly what to do. Programs are designed around the equipment you have available and your specific goals.

Clients also receive ongoing coaching and support, including regular check-ins to review progress, answer questions, and make adjustments to the program as needed.

Online training allows you to benefit from the same science-based coaching and structured programming that clients receive at The Bodysmith, with the flexibility to train on your own schedule. 

 

3. CAN I WORKOUT WITH A FRIEND?

Of course! Many clients choose to train with a friend, spouse, or training partner. Partner training can be a great way to stay motivated, hold each other accountable, and make workouts more enjoyable.I

It’s also a more cost-effective option than private one-on-one training while still receiving professional coaching and a structured workout.

 

4. WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, OR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS?

You’re in good hands. Over nearly two decades of coaching, I’ve worked extensively with clients recovering from injuries as well as individuals with a wide range of medical and neurological conditions.

My experience includes working with people who have Down syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), other neurological disorders, and amputations, along with many clients managing chronic pain or past orthopedic injuries.

 

5. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TRAIN TO SEE RESULTS?

Most clients train 2–3 times per week. This is enough to build strength, improve mobility, and increase overall fitness without overwhelming your schedule.

Consistency matters more than extreme workouts. Our programs are designed to help you make steady, sustainable progress over time.

 

6. DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE STARTING?

Not at all. Many of our clients are returning to exercise after a long break or have NEVER exercised!

Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and gradually build strength, mobility, and conditioning at a pace that is safe and sustainable.

 

7. HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Most clients begin noticing improvements in strength, energy, and mobility within the first few weeks.

Visible body composition changes typically occur within 6–8 weeks, especially when training is combined with good nutrition and consistent habits.

 

8. HOW CLEAN IS THE BODYSMITH’S STUDIO?

Extremely. We follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols. We pride ourselves on maintaining Omaha’s cleanest fitness studio.

 

9. I’M BUSY. CAN YOUR WORKOUTS FIT INTO MY SCHEDULE?

Yes. One of the core principles at The Bodysmith is efficient training.

Sessions are customized to fit YOUR schedule and can be as short as 30 minutes, allowing you to get a complete workout—including warm-up, strength training, core work, mobility, and conditioning—without spending hours in the gym.

This makes it much easier to stay consistent even with a busy work or family schedule.
