What do you look for in a trainer? Expertise and experience, of course. How about a positive attitude? Dependability? Optimism? Let’s cut right to the chase: you’re describing Jim, one of our newer trainers at the Bodysmith.
Jim’s a great fit with our members because he wants what they want: to find his way to a more healthful, rewarding lifestyle in the company of friends and family. And he’s spent a long-time doing that. Jim is NASM-certified, endorsed in Nutrition Essentials and has a specialization in strength training for youth.
Jim has been married for 29 years and is a proud dad to two daughters. Well before his career as a trainer, Jim has dedicated himself to maintaining a healthful lifestyle and weight lifting. These days, he also loves to ride his motorcycle and stay active…if he’s moving, he’s smiling we like to say..
Ask Jim what it takes to make him happy, and he’ll say “At the end of the day, I will feel good if I know I have tried to make a difference in my own health. And I want to share that feeling with every member of the Bodysmith.”
