Biography

The second we met Mary we knew we needed her on the Bodysmith team. She was driven to live and share a healthful lifestyle. She loves to read, travel and plays both piano and handbells (yes, handbells!). And, as a Physical Therapist, she has a deep background in helping individuals overcome challenges through continual, steady work.

And Mary knew she had found a great thing, too! “I worked out at the Bodysmith and always appreciated the knowledge of the trainers, and the respect and care given to the clients,” she remembers.

Was it fate? Good fortune? A little of both? No matter how Mary found her way to the Bodysmith, we couldn’t be happier to have her on our team. With a husband, 2 children and 3 grandchildren—and as a caregiver for her aging parents –she appreciates the need to “commit to fit” for people of all ages.

Ask Mary about the clients at the Bodysmith, and she is happy to share her thoughts. “Clients are excited to be here and working towards improving their health. Best of all, they appreciate the support given by the trainers. And to be honest, it’s a fun place to be.”
