Billi Lueders, ACE-CPT

Coach

Not many of us can detail exactly when and where we began our journey toward fitness, but Billi can. During a trip to Colorado, after trying to keep up with her daughter, Billi realized that she was selling herself short … that she could be more and do more … that she could live a happier life. Then, she made it happen.

Billi knew she was overweight and, like many of us, fitness was not a priority. She was a mom, grandma, and artist; was active in her church; and felt like her schedule was full. “Early on, I found it a struggle to get to the gym many days, but what got me through was the support I received. As a result, I decided I wanted to help others the same way that I had been helped. I was motivated to help others change their lives with fitness.”

Today, Billi loves to spend time with her daughters and friends outside whenever possible, hiking, biking, kayaking and traveling. And when the weather doesn’t cooperate, she loves to cook and entertain. One more fun fact? Billi has been to all 50 states.

When asked, Billi says “My favorite part about working at the Bodysmith is being a part of people’s journey to a healthier lifestyle. I love our members and everyone that I work with here. It’s a positive environment where everyone is encouraging and supportive…and we laugh a lot!”
